Appearance (feel free to include a pic): In heavy, but not bulky, mechanicle armor, sprouts 10-yard long batwings from shoulders, has a mix between an aligator and a human skull for a head, and glowing orbs of energy in the eye sockets that change color depending on his mood.
Personality: Flesh-and-bone melting insane. But he's also brilliant, able to build devices which change in function depending on what people write in the lable that the dial is set to. He's quad-polar, says off the top random, but on topic things. In essence, he's A Big Lipped Aligator Moment personified. Except when he's serious. In battle, he wields the long forgottend art of Arcana, or magic, and his intellegece (IQ of 750) allows him to quickly discern and combat enemies.
Goals: None.
Strengths (5 at MOST): Insanity defies laws of reality, experienced in wielding all forms of magic, overwhelmingly brilliant, eyes sometimes realese storms of electricty, can shoot lasers from eyes.
Weaknesses (3 at LEAST): Insane, so his plans have some holes in them that sane people would remember to fill, leather wings can burn, is easily swayed to other's path values.
Other: Seriously, this guy is crazy. I mean like Verax to the ten billionth power crazy. Unless you're willing to let this get REALLY interesting, because he can be very serious, I would not expect this bio to be approved. Also makes demented and mobid parodies of common sing-along songs.
Plot ideas: Well, he does have a knack for showing up where the plot is and just following it along so.......
